About This Help

This help provides general information about and procedures for using the Capacity Management Suite® solution. The following instructions provide information about using the help. Click the text below to display instructions.

 

The help contains instructions and information that are specific to the application you are currently viewing. In addition, there is general information in the help that is on the Home page.

 

Tip: You may access glossary term definitions, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), TeleTracking Technologies contact information, disclaimer information, and the About This Help topic by clicking the appropriate link at the top of each major topic.

 

Do one of the following, depending on whether your Capacity Management Suite® solution is traditional or access through the TeleTracking IQ® platform.

  • Access an application or component and then click Help in the navigation bar at the top.
  • Access an application or component and then click CMS Help in the upper-right corner.

 

  1. At the top of the left navigation pane, click Contents.
  2. When the Contents pane appears, click a book to display related topics.
  3. Click a topic name to display it in the right pane.

 

  • In the Search bar at the top right, type a word, and then click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the text box.
    Note: To search for a multiple-word term (such as system administrator), type quotation marks around the term (for example, "system administrator") before you click the magnifying glass icon to the right of the text box.

    Search results appear in ranked-order. Help topics whose headings contain the term are ranked at the top.
  • Click a topic in the search results to display it in the right pane.
  • To remove the highlights that appear around the term in the topic, click the Remove Highlights icon () at the top.

 

  1. To search just within the displayed topic, click Control F and type the text that you want to find in the box that appears.
  2. Navigate to each instance by clicking the up and down arrows. Clear the search box by clicking the x.

 

Select the print icon () at the top to print the topic you are currently viewing.

The topic will print exactly as it appears on your screen. If you want to remove the contents navigation pane from your print, select the collapse arrow ( to the right of the contents navigation pane before you select the print icon.

 

  • Click the Back () icon in the navigation bar at the top. 

 

  • Click the TeleTracking logo in the top left corner to return to the home page for the help.
